Lisa Scolatti Anderson

I attended the University of Iowa, majoring in marketing and interior design. Following college graduation, I moved to Des Moines and built a career working for Herman Miller, Inc. the world leader in workplace design. I led a team serving Iowa's premier companies and organizations to create great places for people to work around the globe. John Deere, Nationwide, Rockwell, Aegon, The University of Iowa, Wells Fargo and Meredith were among my clients. I retired in 2017 to lead facility strategy for our family business, Mom's Meals, which employs more than 3000 people and serves clients in all 50 states. My husband Rick is the founder, former CEO and current Chairman of the Board. We spend most of our time on Harbour Island, Bahamas where we have founded a trade school.
